This beautiful period red brick in Dublin 8 is revitalised with tier-on-tier plantation shutters.

Because Claire was living on a busy street in Dublin’s city centre, she wanted not only a solution for her windows that provided privacy and noise reduction, but also one which looked great.
Claire decided to fit her windows with plantation shutters, and, because she wanted to be able to open the top and bottom panels independently, she chose the tier-on-tier plantation shutters style. Having this style gives Claire the freedom to open the tops or the bottoms of the shutters on her large Bay windows (over 2 metres high). She also fitted plantation shutters on the rest of the house windows.
The plantation shutters look great both inside and out!
Claire chose Silk White, 2.5″ louvers Plantation Shutters with a centre tilt wand – the shutters really give the house an instant dose of luxury!
