This terraced house in a quiet city centre cul-de-sac was rejuvenated with the addition of our Plantation Shutters. Our client, Valerie, wanted shutters in the front and back of the house to help brighten up her rooms, and also to add privacy.
The Plantation Shutters we installed were 2.5″ louver in Pearl with a hidden tilt wand. The front of the house was transformed by replacing the old wooden blinds with the new Shutters which help define the windows and make the house look cleaner and brighter.
Valerie had a blind in the downstairs room only, so the addition of the shutters has helped bring uniformity to the house too, and ensured that it looks great!
Valerie’s front room blinds needed replacing, and with the addition of her shutters, the whole room was brightened and updated. Because she now has shutters, she no longer needs to close her curtains over her radiators during the colder months – so she will also save on heating costs!
The bedrooms were also updated with the addition of the shutters, because there are 2 windows in this front bedroom, the louvers can be adjusted to let in as much, or as little, light as required.
